Friends of Warner Parks presents the 11th season of Full Moon Pickin' Parties running May through October 2012.
These family-friendly fundraisers feature Middle Tennessee's finest bluegrass music under the light of a full moon. Pickers form circles under the trees and around the grounds performing and jamming while several headliners are featured on stage.
You’ll find food available for purchase, and beverages are included in the ticket price. No coolers, please, and no outside alcohol is allowed in the park.
Limited seating is available. We encourage you to bring a camping/lawn chair or blanket. Leashed dogs are welcome.
The event is at the Equestrian Barn at 2500 Old Hickory Blvd. MAP
All of the monies raised from this laid-back affair will go directly back into the parks to mitigate flood damage in the Parks and to ensure preservation, protection, funding for educational programs and special projects including camp-outs for inner city kids.
